Start With			Choose Meat Carnitas: Our mildest meat is slowly marinated in our special spices; coriander, cumin and Mexican oregano – then shredded. Delicious! Shredded Beef: Our shredded beef has a bit of a spicy flare. Marinated with cumin, cloves and chipotle peppers and grilled – then shredded. Carne Asada: Flat steak marinated, grilled and cubed. Spiced with cumin and Mexican oregano. Chicken: Marinated and grilled in our special Adobo blend of spices; a hint of garlic, cumin, cloves and chipotles. A bit of a spice to this one! Tofu: Organic tofu is fried and then added to our homemade enchilada sauce with hints of cumin, Mexican oregano and a touch of chili powder. Veggies: We sauté red onions, poblanos, anaheims, carrots and red bell peppers.
